We are very happy to announce that the registration for the SUMMER RETREAT 2023 is open.
Our five-day retreat is in the tradition of Wake Up / Plum Village and will take place from Wednesday August 9 (afternoon) to Sunday August 13 (after lunch). We will meditate, share, sing, dance and play together at the beautiful Hof van Kairos in Kotten (NL)!
The retreat is meant for young people from age 18 up to about their late thirties.
This year the theme of the retreat is Our True Home; where we stop and be mindful of the present moment and aware of how we relate to our surroundings.
A dharma teacher will join our retreat and we have many occasions during the retreat to share our experiences. The retreat is open to all levels of experience.
As an indication a day normally looks like this:
- Wake Up
- Guided meditation and movement
- 9.00h – Breakfast
- Walk or working meditation / games
- 12.30h – Lunch
- Workshop or Talk by a teacher
- Sharing
- 18.00h – Dinner
- Meditation or evening program
