Each Tuesday from 19:15 to 21:15 CET we practice mindfulness together online on Zoom.
Usually the program is as follows. We start with a check-in and guided meditation or deep relaxation, followed by some physical activity (such as walking meditation). Then we read a text, listen to an audio or watch a video. We close the evening by sharing (typically related to our mindfulness practice) and a check-out. There is a short break in the middle.
If you are between eighteen and thirtysomething years old, you are very welcome to try it out. You don’t need to consider yourself a Buddhist. If you are interested, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The sangha is called “Wake Up NL Online Sangha” but also if you live outside of the Netherlands you can join.
